KU BASEBALL CAMP FAQ'S


Hoglund Ballpark and the Anschutz Pavilion provide a wealth of facilities to allow for a full schedule of camp activities, rain or shine.
Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation letter concerning registration times, locations, suggested clothing and equipment needed, and general camp information will be sent to you.
All players must bring their own baseball equipment including a pair of sneakers for the batting cage and in case of inclement weather.
Camps are subject to change and/or cancellation due to Covid-19 and NCAA guidelines. Prorated refunds will be given if any portion of camp is cancelled due to Covid-19. Service fees are not refundable. Keep in mind that Covid exposure is possible in situations where groups of people are congregated, and you are knowingly enrolling your child with the current Covid status.
All camps will run rain or shine and there is no rain date scheduled. Players must bring appropriate footwear for any indoor activities i.e. sneakers or turf shoes.
This camp is an extension of the University of Kansas baseball program and all campers are a part of this image. Anyone not meeting the standards of our program is subject to dismissal from camp. These rules apply to all camp sessions and include any activities in the dormitory.
All Kansas baseball camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants within the age specifications listed, on a first come first served basis. Any questions regarding camp, please email/or call.
A member of the KU Sports Medicine staff will be on hand to care for any first-aid situations or administer any needed treatments. Each camper will be covered by a secondary group accident insurance policy for any cost not covered by the family's insurance. The term of the secondary insurance benefits runs for only 52 weeks from the date of injury.
Any individual needing reasonable ADA accommodations should contact the camp office 60 days in advance of the camp session.
Any refund request must be received in writing seven (7) days prior to the first day of the scheduled camp session. All cancellations, including those related to injury, will have an administrative fee of $25.00. No refunds will be made for camps already in session.
